I am a licensed, dual-certified, and doctorally-prepared Nurse Practitioner. I practice healthcare through a functional health lens to empower individuals to discover and embody their unique version of optimal health, allowing them to thrive and reach their greatest potential.

Like many adults, I have struggled with finding motivation to start tasks, struggled with maintaining attention on tasks through completion, and frequently misplaced objects like my phone or keys.  And like most people, I had a lot of anxiety and stress in my life. Even though I had a lot going for me, something was still lacking. I lacked passion for my work and dreaded going to work in the mornings, especially Monday mornings. On top of it all, I was afraid to seek help for my ADHD for fear of stigma and judgemental bias by the provider.

Then I found QbTech and their unique, computer-based testing that offered an objective assessment of ADHD symptoms. Combined with the clinical interview and self-rating scales, I knew my diagnosis was highly accurate and my own ADHD health outcomes would be better. The test reduces or even eliminates bias on the part of the provider and gives the provider much more confidence in the diagnosis of ADHD.
